Roundham Head in Goodrington is part of four beach hut destinations on this Devon coastal area.

An easy walk to any of the surrounding locations, this place is nestled into the terracotta rock face, right on the promenade, facing south towards North and South Sands.

The beach huts are set out in two sections, one a small row seemingly perched on a concrete pedestal with steps to walk up to meet them, while the longer row of beach huts are nicely spaced, free standing huts that sweep around the rock face right up to where the end of the pathway meets the sea. This is a tranquil and serene position amongst this popular seaside spot.

You’ll see dog walkers, joggers, couples and families all taking a quiet stroll along the water's edge on the raised concrete footpath right outside your beach hut door.

These beach huts are definitely the ones to pick if you like a calm day sitting in the sunshine while you read a book or stare out to sea.

True to the style of this area, these beach huts have the white pitched roofs and individually painted and decorated doors like those in this neighbourhood. A simple and consistent approach ensures the entire area feels as one yet is still separated into their own individual spaces.
