A long continuous string of 70 beach huts, painted in those bold tell tale colours, the ultimate in sand castle building sand, a wide and open expansive beach, steep rocky cliffs, rolling green hills, secluded swimming spots, loads of parking, shops, cafes and bars, Woolacombe Sands has it all!

These beach huts are tucked out of view from the cliff top and are perfectly placed right on the sand in the heart of the action.

All adorably named by the more traditionally ladies names, like Patience and Grace, the name selection pays homage to the origins of beach huts and a time where women changed into their swimming attire before entering the water. There for everyone to use, every beach hut is north facing and each enjoys unfiltered sun soaked sea views to relax in while kids of all ages build those sand castles and swim in the sea.

Woolacombe Sands, North Devon is a couple of hours drive from Bristol and an extremely popular location for beach goers and holiday makers alike.

You can learn to surf here, hire a wetsuit and board or make the most of the views and go hiking along the coast line to the pub at the top of the cliff to the north side or simply park up, grab a bite and head straight down to the beach.

A wonderful location made for the quintessential day out at the seaside and a personal favourite.
