The hut is close to the Fisherman's Cliff lift which has public toilets at the top. There is a public car park on Boscombe Overcliff Drive which is close to the top of the lift. The beach hut has a wooden terrace enclosed with picket fencing. Features include an access ramp from the promenade to the hut and a communal freshwater tap. Interior 3.4m x 2.3m and the balcony area is 1.5m x 2.3m. The hut has double doors at the front and an outer security shutter. Internal equipment includes 2 tables and 6 chairs, a kettle, a small gas stove. There are 9.5 years left on a 25-year lease which expires in 2032.
