Overview

Positioned directly on the seafront, this recently renovated beach hut offers clear, uninterrupted views of the coastline from a prime frontline location.

Measuring approximately 3.58m x 2.31m (11'9" x 7'7"), the hut includes a stable-style entrance door.  Inside you'll find kitchen units with dark wood-effect worktop, inset stainless steel sink, and a butane gas camping-style two-burner hob with grill and small oven, two benches with storage, fitted shelving, a fold-away table, and a window hatch that adds light and opens up the view.

Ideal for relaxed seaside visits, fun family time, or quiet retreats. The annual licence permits year-round use, making it equally suitable for summer days or winter visits — including Boxing Day swims and off-season walks. The hut provides a comfortable space to enjoy the changing seasons and views in relative quiet.

Ownership can be individual or shared with friends. Letting is also possible should the new owner wish to generate occasional income.

Valued at £42,750 – open to best offers or part exchange proposals.
