The Beach Hut (called OFFLINE) has been in the family for 25 years. It was constructed 25 years ago & it has always been well maintained. The exterior has just been repainted & the steps & banister have recently been renewed. The inside is empty BUT that is reflected in the price. The person/people/family who buy OFFLINE might decide to have the internal space renovated & still have some money left over (i.e. it could be a prudent investment). It might be a fun project.
