Beach Hut 120 has been enjoyed by its current owners for over twenty years. It has just been completely reclad with 'thermowood' providing a natural finish that silvers naturally over time.
The Licence Agreement allows parking of one vehicle in the car park whilst using the beach hut.

There is an annual licence fee, due April 1st, payable to West Wittering estate, currently £530 (inclusive of VAT).
