The Salty Seagull (Beach Hut No.16) is on the seafront overlooking Friars Cliff beach. The beach hut is located on a raised area making it ideal for sunbathing, picnics and keeping an eye on the kids! With breathtaking views, on a clear day you can see across to the Needles.
The Salty Seagull is well equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach. There is Jenga and playing cards, a radio and seating with a pull down table inside the hut plus a small portable table plus plenty of cutlery, cups, glasses and plates. The hut doesnt currently have a kettle or stove but you are welcome to bring along a large flask of hot water, there is plenty of tea, coffee and sugar for your use.
It is ideally located with a toilets, shower and a nearby tap.
Dogs under control and on a lead are welcomed. There is a dog friendly beach to the east of final groan towards Highcliffe all year.
Maximum 4 adults and kids.
The Beach Hut Café is a few minutes walk which sells breakfast, ice-cream, homemade cakes and lunches. In the other direction is the Noisy Lobster a glorious beach front restaurant which also has take-away options, bakery and beach shop.
