Overview

Book this iconic Southwold beach hut with glazed doors and a veranda from where you can enjoy the sunshine and sea views. The hut is situated on the promenade to the north of the famous award-winning Southwold Pier building and is in a quieter part of the promenade with less foot flow, yet very near all facilities.

This gorgeous beach hut is decorated with a nautical theme, and offers somewhere to spend quality time by the sea. You can choose to sunbathe, have a refreshing swim, enjoy a good book or simply watch the world go by under the Suffolk big blue skies. 

Access to the beach is via approximately 10 small concrete steps located in front of the hut and is situated a stone's throw from various amenities including:-

Pier offering cafes, takeaways, fish & chips, restaurant, ice creams, amusements & shops.

Putting green with cafe also providing excellent takeaway food.

A 10-minute walk along the promenade or the adjacent path will take you to the centre of Southwold's popular unspoilt seaside town with its bustling high-street, independent shops, delicatessens, bakeries, butcher, supermarkets, pubs, wine bar, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, museums, lighthouse and Adnams Brewery.

The beach hut is equipped with:-

Please note

There is no electricity or running water in the beach huts, although a tap can be located two huts down.

No overnight stays are allowed.

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted in the beach hut, due to allergies. 

Smoking, BBQ's and burning candles are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No radios/music allowed.

No hen or stag or similar parties/large gatherings allowed.

Please leave the beach hut as you find it, ready for the next guests. Washing up and putting away anything that you may have used. Take all your rubbish away with you. All cleaning products are provided including a brush to sweep out any sand. 

Please note that the huts are not in use from November until March every year.

On entering Southwold turn left at The Bay Hotel into Pier Avenue. At the end of Pier Avenue with the pier facing you, turn left into the pay and display car park. Vitamin Sea can be found on this side of the Pier, hut number 69.
