Terms & Conditions for Beach Hut 78
Hirer must be over 18 years old to book & must be one of the party attending hut on the day. Bookings not transferable.
Maximum party size is 8 including children, babies, and dogs.
Pleasure and Personal bookings only – for professional use please contact Beach Hut Owner.
Arrival 9.30am – lock up by 6pm.
Keycode for entry will be emailed 24 hours before.
Full payment is taken at time of booking (no cheques).
Receipt of payment – confirms you have read and agree with the T&C’s
Hut must not be unattended at anytime – please lock up as necessary.
Lost keys £40 fee will be charged.
Neighbouring huts occasionally could be working on their huts – this is out of Hut owners control – No refunds.
Keep to boundaries of hut as respecting neighbouring huts is paramount.
No smoking or vaping in hut or decking.
No liability for loss, damage or injury to any party attending the hut.
Parking is at owners risk.
BBQ’s - disposable only – these must be lit away from the hut and decking on the sand, NOT behind hut - Caution! gas bottles stored in rear of huts or in storage cupboards behind huts. Damages to hut or decking will be costly to the hirer.
Please do not sit on the balustrades at any time.
No loud music.
2 dogs max at owners’ responsibility (this number is included in party maximum of 8)
Please dispose of all rubbish at the end of the day in parks wheelie bins behind hut.
Please leave hut as you find it – sweep up - wash up and put away used crockery etc – rinse off sand from toys 😊
*A cleaning fee of £30 will be charged in the event of the hut not being left in a clean presentable state ready for next hirers.
Any breakages – please inform Beach Hut Owner - all damages/breakages will in incur a charge.
Celebrations – if you wish to put up decorations, please use bluetak or similar and string only – please do not use drawing pins or sticky tape.
No Refunds for bad weather.
If Beach Hut Owner needs to cancel the booking for any unforeseen circumstance – a full refund will be given
