Overview

6-day minimum hire period from Saturday to Thursday for June, July, August and September. For off-peak months, October to May, hire is a minimum of 2 days.

- please select appropriate dates on the booking calendar. If you wish to book for 2 consecutive weeks, please make two separate bookings (you WILL be able to use the hut on the middle Friday). 

Wells-Next-the-Sea was featured in the Sunday Times Best Beaches UK 2016 Charming, well-equipped beach hut -featured in the Eastern Daily Press newspaper - with breathtaking views of the beach Less than 100 metres from the car park/cafe/toilets located in the DOG FREE area of the beach. Perfect for all occasions and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a beach break all year round: Deckchairs, Windbreak, Beach Games, Beach Mats and Blankets, Crockery, Mugs, Glasses, Utensils, 20 metres from drinking water standpipe. Hut available all year round (no overnight sleeping). Maximum of 6 people.

This is a fantastic beach hut in a great location (not too far from the walkway down to the beach and very close to the steps up to the car park). It is also just inside the 'no do'g zone which is great for young kids. The hut has been raised so there are quite a few steps which might be harder to negotiate for the older and younger visitor. The hut comes equipped with everything you need - chairs, table, gas stove, beach toys for the kids, mugs, glasses, cloths, bin bags....etc.

Kora (No. 36) is a lovely beach hut. Very well equipped, everything you need for a day at the beach and all in very good, clean condition. In a great position on the beach, near the steps, path to the car park and cafe and very close to the water tap. Great communication from the owner, Barbara. Overall we had great day and having the beach hut made everything so easy and comfortable, would definitely recommend.

Many thanks Barbara for our booking Kora at very short notice Ann and myself had a wonderful time and will be returning next Sept 25! Kora is a lovely and well equipped beach hut and well placed with a 30s walk to the water tap and 2 minutes to the car park. The cafe is a nice 5 min walk away and sells great sausage rolls and a cornish pasty to die for!
