19 Alum Chine is located on the "Royal balcony" in the prime location of Alum Chine. You have stunning views from the hut being in a raised position across the whole bay. Safe, dog free beach easily accessed from the hut with the RNLI lifeguard station watching over the beach . There is a children's play area and Vesuvio restaurant is nearby for take away food or dine in style. You can catch the Land train down to Bournemouth pier.There are steps going up to the balcony. A tap is located at the bottom of the steps and the toilets are within less than a 2 minute walk. Car parking leads directly onto the chine. The hut is fully equipped with a 2 burner hob and grill with cutlery, plates, cups etc .
