Caribu, No 62, is a lovely hut on the sought after front row of The Leas at Frinton, with easy access to the beautiful flat sandy beach 20 metres away, washed clean twice a day by the tide, with stunning views over the beach and up and down the coast. For the children and adults alike, the wide expanse of sand allows for all sorts of fun and games as well as sandcastle building and there are small pools for crabbing too within easy reach, or why not try skimboarding! When the tide is high, you can still sit and play on the promenade in front of the hut. Access is a short walk from parking at the top of the slope, or via steps, located at the end of Central Avenue. The hut is well equipped with sun chairs, buckets, spades and beach games. There is a kitchenette with a brand new double gas burner and plates, cups, bowls and cutlery for six. There is also a drop-leaf table and seating inside the beach hut. The water tap is only 25 metres away. The location is excellent with beautiful views from the hut's small veranda or from sitting inside. There are 10 steps up into the hut from the promenade. Weekly bookings are preferred from Saturday to Friday, £160 for the week, but will take some day bookings, £45.00 a day. Please ensure that social distancing is maintained at all times.
