Beach Hut: 48, Canford Cliffs

One of my friends is unable to continue with our Hut share and I am looking for a nice family, couple, single, who'd like to join us. Sharing the hut is very easy and with cooperation and communication, works well. At the moment we pay £62.27/ month each,for 12 months from January . It is in a good location, with free parking nearby on the overcliff. Cycling to it is easy and the beach is relatively quiet, even at the height of the season. There's an ice cream kiosk, with toilets nearby and Canford cliffs village is very friendly.I have put the council rates down as a comparison. The beach is covered by RNLI lifeguards and is kept very clean. There is lighting on the prom in the evening and a nice community feel if it's a good evening for BBQ's and swimming!
