Discover your ideal seaside retreat in this stylish, dog-friendly beach hut with stunning views through wide-opening double doors. Located three-quarters along the row, it’s easily accessible via the boardwalk with no steps, and conveniently close to the water tap and toilets.

Perfectly equipped for up to 6 guests, the hut includes deck chairs, directors chairs, a table, windbreaks, and a gas stove ready for use, oh and not to mention the all important wine and champagne glasses! Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, and even a few treats for your four-legged companion. Whether you're relaxing in the sun or enjoying a breezy beach day, this hut has everything you need for a memorable visit.

Strictly no overnight stays, barbecues, parties or smoking inside the hut. Maximum 6 adults.

Water container - Nearest water tap is directly behind the hut. Note: water taps are turned off in low season typically from Nov 1st- May 31st, during these time, you will need to bring your own water.
Washing up bowl, cloths, washing up liquid - please bring your own tea-towel

As is standard with beach hut rentals, guests are asked to leave the hut clean and tidy and ready for the next visitors. There is no cleaning service. This includes washing up any used utensils & crockery and sweeping out the hut of excess sand. Please take all rubbish with you. Bins are provided in the main car park

Important Note: Due to fire safety restrictions, gas is not provided for the stove and cannot be left in the hut, however cannisters can be bought locally in many of the shops in Wells.

***NOTE: As of April, 2026, the water taps are turned on and the toilet block is open

Getting There: Use Postcode NR23 1DR for satnav which will take you to the Holkham Beach Road carpark. Charges apply. Parking at the back of the car park to give closest access to the huts. Note, this car park gets very busy in peak season and the car park can often be full by 10.30am.

Alternatively you can park in any of the town car parks in Wells and get the shuttle bus to the beach, or walk the harbour path, which takes approximately 45 mins

Locating Ollie's Lookout (Beach Hut 138): There are approx 200 beach huts on Wells beach, thus Ollie's Lookout is approx 3/4 way along the line of huts.

On arrival in the Beach Road car park, follow signs to the dog-friendly area of the beach and down the Pinewood path. There are 3 entry points to the beach huts from this path, the first two include steps, follow the path around past the 2 stepped entry points, until you see the toilet block on your left, you will then see a boardwalk path in front of you that bends around to the beach. As you approach the beach you will see the beach huts from the back, Ollie's Lookout is Beach Hut #138, the first beach hut on your right.
