The hut is located on Chesil beach. Lyme Bay stretches out in front of the hut. Unlike many beach huts, it has permission for overnight stays. The interior of the hut has been hand built by the owner. Insulated and lined throughout with marine ply, sleeps two adults at the moment, in two single beds, but could also accommodate two children.
A new fibreglass roof was added in 2022 and new shutters in 2024. Interior measurements Size: 3.6m x 2.4m. Extension: 3.60x.61
There is a grassy area outside for a tent that could accommodate four. Paved terrace immediately outside the hut for a table or sunbathing.
Kitchen galley with gas cooker. Washroom with sink and porta potty - water supply 50 yards away. The hut has been fully insulated and a new roof making it cozy in the winter.
There is a lot of space around the huts so proximity to other huts not an issue here.
