Located on the prom, directly underneath the trendy Jolly Sailor pub where food and drinks are available to takeaway on request.
Comfortable wicker sofa, lots of cushions, blanket, two deck chairs, other wooden chairs, two tables, dresser, kettle, gas, crockery, glasses, beach toys ….. kites, buckets, spades.
Fish and Chip shop on Pakefield Street, plus Tea By the Sea cafe, Odd Fellows and Trowel and Hammer pubs, Coop, Premier and Ferrini Art Gallery too. Closest well stocked shop is located at the top of Wilson Road, 8 minute walk.
Car parks are close by; one free on All Saints Road and closet one is Pay and Display, and another is located on Pakefield Road, plus plenty of free parking on roads within close proximity.
🧼 Please clean up and wash up before you vacate to ensure you leave the hut as you found it and are ready for the next guests. An outside tap is located at the toilet huts, alternatively washing up can be done in the toilet sinks using the huts washing up bowl and washing up liquid.
🍳 No cooking of food in the hut. Outside is ok.
🚨 Please report any breakages asap.
🍗 Please no disposable bbq's.
🛑 To avoid upsetting other beach hut owners, please use the sand for sitting on or the slope side of the hut, please do not sit between the beach huts when Sweet Caroline Hut is in use. The slope side belongs to Labriz. Thank you.
