A stylish, Scandi hut by the sea in Felixstowe.

- Step for getting in/out (pls place back under bench seat)
- Kitchen space
- Cutlery, plates, glasses
- Washing up bowl
Near to water tap, WC, food/drink kiosk & parking. No tea making facilities in hut (fire risk!).
The space
The hut is an ideal shelter in the summer, or even a little hideaway in the colder months, to enjoy after a stomp around the sprawling Felixstowe beaches or a splash in the sea.
Behind the hut is a carpark, with parking ticket machines or access via RingGo.
There’s railed step access down to the hut that’s on the second row, so just a stones throw from the promenade and sea front. Arguably a more quiet and private location, the hut allows for you to sit out the front and enjoy the tranquility.
Fold out table included for use inside/outside the hut.

This is a hut that isn’t constructed the same as a house/property - so please bear that in mind as they usually have some wear and tear! Enjoy the hut, please look after it and if you use any mugs/cups please wash up and leave as you found them for the next guests :) If you bring in sand it’ll be nice to sweep it away as much as you can.
The hut is professionally cleaned frequently but it’s impossible to have this done daily - so the price for daily rental reflects this :) Please do keep tidy for next guests.
Any damages/rubbish removal are to be charged to the guest.
Guest access
All of it! There’s kitchen cupboards that can be used for the long-term rentals, and storage under both bench seats to store everything you need for your long stay!
You can tuck away a pram, or slot away bags and have the space to yourselves.
