This beachhut was in a good position overlooking beach with a large patio area at the front, especially useful for children. Some aspects a bit old (eg mat at entrance) Biggest drawback was key for hut needed to be picked up from Southbourne on other side of Bournemouth, & of course returned there on last day. For us having other arrangements both days it was a real inconvenience. I think this needs to be mentioned in the description in website hence 4 stars. But on balance would rent again

It would be helpful to make it clear in the details of the hut that the lockbox containing the key is 5/6 miles drive away from the hut! Nowhere near! And I had to ring the doorbell of the house to ask where the lockbox was located as it was hidden by a bush. Otherwise, great hut in a perfect location - set back a little from the prom so quite private. And very close to toilets, restaurant, ice cream.

Great hut and location, had everything you needed. Would of liked a bit more info before hand that you need to pick the key up and drop it back to a different location.

Disappointing that I had to drive 20 mins to collect key! Should be made much clearer on advert page as I wouldn’t have booked.

Ver good and clean beach hut close to Rockwater and toilet facilities. great value for money.
