This is double the size of the average beach hut with everything you need for the beach. Positioned on the front row behind the sand dunes making it very private, however only a few yards from the beach and the madding crowds. There are hollow areas in the dunes close by the hut which makes a wonderful suntrap and safe playing area for the kids.
Hut measures 21' x 12' which includes an enclosed veranda and separate changing area. There is a stove to boil a kettle and fry a burger-cutlery and cups and plates-wind breaks-table chairs bucket and spades basic facilities to wash up. The first gas canister for the stove is provided. Further supplies can be purchased in Hunstanton. Glorious location with a café, toilets and shop only 100 yards away. The Mariner (best Western) public house is 150m distant.
There is also a golf club, pitch and putt and art gallery within walking distance. The kids and the dog will love it but you are allowed to love it too-so convenient-no lugging loads of stuff to and from the beach every day. Day rate £40 high season ( 1st April till 31st August}. £30 low season { 1st September to 31st March}.Standard charges for bank holidays. There is a reduced rate if you have more than one consecutive day (Please ask for details.)
Please note that the area of this beach hut is 250 square foot - with plenty of room for 6 people. This hut is available for daylight hours only NO OVERNIGHT STAYS ARE AVAILABLE. SORRY, NO BARBEQUES ALLOWED ON THIS BEACH. One week = the day you pick up the key (at a time of your choice) and a further 6 days. This is one of the few beaches in Norfolk that allows dogs. Due to the coronavirus beach hut 118 will still be available with a couple of changes. A £10 deposit (which covers administration costs so is not refundable) will secure the booking and the balance to be paid by pay pal or bank transfer at least 48 hours before the morning of the booking. The hut will be made available with absolutely no social contact. Hope this eases any concerns.
