Overview

This hut is in a great position on the low wall, slopes to the beach so great for toddlers, prams etc. This hut has a camping gas stove, buckets, spades, kettle, plates, mugs, wine glasses, pans, chairs, table, parasol, cleaning equipment and games. Please bring your own tea towel, tea, coffee, milk etc. This is self-cleaning, so please do take care to leave the hut as you would wish to find it. Thank you in advance.

Generally lovely hut in good position. On prior instructions, would be useful to provide actual postcode for satnav, not just general area, even if for nearest point on road above. Likewise, rather than saying "head for the coast," please give name of road. Thirdly on prior instructions, perhaps mention the excellent local public toilets need 20p coin! The hut was pleasant, but a bit cluttered: unlikely to need a dozen wine glasses. Gas cooker slightly ropey, with gas cylinder easily loose.

We had a fantastic day at the hut, it is in a great position but a little tired and the cutlery was not the cleanest and looked really old and really needs replacing as do the plastic plates etc , we were glad we took our own, you rely on the previous occupants to leave the hut clean , this was adequate but saying all this we all had a great day the sun shone…the hut just needs a few upgrades 😊

Amazing location. Beach hut from the outside looked nice and was freshly painted, but the inside is very dated & it felt a bit grubby. The previous renters had left a lot of sand on the floor and the seat cushions were wet & covered in sand. I would rent the hut again purely on its fantastic location but I think it just needs a little bit of TLC inside. Thanks.

We had a fabulous time in Frinton and hiring this beach hut was the icing on the cake. The beach hut is located perfectly at the front and next to the slope down to the beach. It is also easy to park (for free) and get into town for an ice cream. The hut itself is perfectly equipped with loads of extras we weren’t anticipating. Thank you!

The Train station is 10 minutes walk straight down the road in front of you Driving there - turn right at the roundabout into Frinton on sea over the level crossing. Head straight down to the front. There is a key safe and the number will be given to you prior to arrival. Park by the toilet block as the beach hut is down the ramp in front of the toilet block. At the bottom of the slope turn to the right towards the first aid hut.
