Day hire cost is £45 per day from 9 am - 6 pm. Half-day hire is possible at a cost of £30 ie. 9 am - 1 pm or 2 pm to 6 pm. ** AIR SHOW DAYS £50 per day **
Hut A113 is conveniently located in Block A with direct access to the promenade and beach. The hut is well equipped and is situated between Holland on Sea and Clacton on Sea. It is close to the Gunfleet Sailing Club and is set back from the steps down to the beach so ideal to put a table and chairs outside. There is a 2-ring stove for tea & coffee making facilities - tea/coffee/sugar/powdered milk supplied. Table and selection of chairs, 2 deckchairs. Cutlery, plates, mugs, cups, plastic cups, plastic wine glasses, tray, washing up bowl, washing up liquid, buckets, spades, and beach toys. There are cushions and blankets too. The hut is close to the cafe selling hot food, beach inflatables, etc., and also close to the small tourist train turnaround point which takes you to Clacton Pier. Ideal quiet location. Fantastic sea views overlooking new sandy beaches. Friendly atmosphere. Parking in Hazlemere Road car park or along the top promenade (free up to 6 hours). Access to the hut is via slope opposite Lyndhurst Road/public toilets. The slope is wheelchair accessible. Please proceed down the slope by the Gunfleet Sailing Club heading in the direction of Clacton Pier. There is no water or electricity in the hut but there is a communal water tap close to the hut. No smoking in or around the hut. No dogs allowed. No overnight sleeping allowed. The maximum party size is 6 people due to space in and around the hut.
