Welcome to 'Oasis' with its exceptional south-facing location! In an exclusive group of 11 huts that face south and in an elevated front row location, Oasis has panoramic shoreline and coastal views and the chance of sun all day long! These 11 huts share a grassed area to the front, great for picnics and sunbathing, plus Oasis has a patio of its own where you can watch the world go by! Oasis faces down onto Frinton's superb sandy shoreline. To the front, the beach is extensive - great for family games like cricket/rounders etc. There is also crabbing and sea fishing very close by and safe pools for the children as the tide recedes. PLEASE CHECK AVAILABILITY GRIDS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE BEFORE EMAILING OR CALLING (Green= available, grey = booked out already). WE ONLY TAKE WHOLE WEEK BOOKINGS IN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND THE HUT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR HIRE FROM APRIL - OCTOBER, IT IS CLOSED IN THE WINTER MONTHS. INSIDE: There is a kitchenette with sink and drainer and a gas cooker with a compact oven, grill and two gas rings. The wall cupboard has enough plates, cups, bowls, condiments and cutlery for six plus tea, coffee and biscuits are provided (and guests are asked to replace what they use please!) There is also a drop leaf table and seating inside the beach hut and even a window that can be fitted into the gap if it rains! Oasis is also well equipped with sun chairs, sun shades and a well stocked storage box with buckets & spades and beach games including cricket and croquet. THE LOCATION of Oasis really is exceptional.... the photo (taken from inside the beach hut window) does not do the view justice.... "Wow!" is the usual response from everyone who visits! TERMS: Rented out from Easter to the end of October each year. Weekly bookings only during ALL school holidays please. Otherwise shorter length bookings are available outside of school holidays. Daily rate - £55 per day (inclusive of £10 booking fee) Weekly rate - £170 per week (inclusive of £10 booking fee) PARKING: Free unrestricted street parkimg on the Greensward Esplanade.
